Impact
Sustainability
Patera is a Palembang-based label built on eco and slow fashion, with ecoprint—botanical dyes and natural fibers—as its signature. Since late 2018, the studio turns leaves, bark, and local pigments into hijabs, apparel, bags, and home decor with a sustainable supply chain.
Why slow fashion matters
Fast cycles encourage waste and anonymous supply chains. We choose transparency, smaller batches, and techniques that honor the landscape of South Sumatra — so what you wear carries a traceable story, not just a trend cycle.
Full brand statement (Bahasa Indonesia)
How we work
Practical pillars that guide design, dyeing, and partnerships in Palembang.
Natural materials
Organic fibers and plant-based pigments — no synthetic dye runoff into waterways.
Ecoprint & botanicals
Leaves, bark, and flowers transfer their chemistry through steam and pressure — each piece is unique.
Circular mindset
Scraps find second lives; spent botanicals return to soil where possible.
Lower impact process
We prioritize low-water, low-chemical methods aligned with slow production volumes.
